Life goes on and sometimes we just need to pause, to stop over thinking and overacting and start listening to our mind and body. The world keeps spinning and so you keep up hope which promises that time goes by, this will be overcomed and you will see this special person again soon.

Why don't you find a office in industrial gala. Like unbox therapy. It should be more affordable and more practical for your use. Try industrial estates and if you don't mind to travel a bit look for office in & around thane or thane bhiwandi road. I am sure you should get a really good deal for your buck. You can find a 1500 sqft office... All on one level for around 3lac a year. Lil bit of wood work and partitions politicians and you should be well of with a really good office at your disposal. I mean... To sum of you should be getting a very good office with nearly 1500 square feet of area for Rs. 5 lac just as your investment for first year then onwards you will be paying around Rs. 2lac year.
