This is something that I can relate too, when I was in a bad situation in life, I start eating a lot but from past 5-6 months I started doing gym instead of eating, It actually feels better then eating because you see yourself getting fit which motivates you and that will make you will feel more positive in life. One more thing I started doing gym at evening time because I am not a morning person and also you can take out your frustrations of that day in gym which feels amazing.

Bro today's video just made me go back to a year or so Like I really can't explain what you made me feel today bro . In 2017 I was depressed I was depressed so such an extent that I wanted to leave engineering and the crazy thing above that is I. Didn't even know what depression felt , I was having serious issue of anexity disorder and I didn't even know what anexity disorder was ! I use to feel like I am going crazy or do I have any mental problem or anything ? I use to feel low , most of the time i you to be alone and all this happend because of things which shouldn't have happened anyways I am glad that I have such beautiful people in my life my mom my dad and my Panchu too She was there with Me in all good and bad times one could ever suffer or go through .. and as you said when people are stressed or depressed they find happiness in all small things which happens in their life and this was the exact thing I use to do to make my mind feel good .. and your today's vlog made me comment my experience here .. one should have control on their mind If one can conquer their mind they can achieve anything So did I do the same Things are better now and I fell happy Many times I came near fatima school so that I could get a chance to meet you but never the less bro Will meet you soon for sure And yeah being a #kuttadjeev makes you feel much better some times :P
