Man, that's some nice looking dirt you're working with there. When you were talking about working efficiently and speeding things up, it made me think about the guy that got me started in excavation. He mentioned the same things you did and also about setting up the worksite and how to load the truck quickly. He always preached to try to keep your swing at 90 degrees or less when loading the truck to shorten load times. He also taught me to spread my loads out when dumping them so I didn't have to spend so much time on the loader pushing piles to get my lifts ready for compaction. He was a smart guy and knew the excavation business. Now that I'm older, I really appreciate him sharing his knowledge with me and helping me to understand the business like you do for your viewers. Great job Mr. Sam. Nice message too.
@tristardiggin2 ай бұрын
Yup, those are all good ways to be efficient. I need to do as you mentioned and spread it as I’m dumping. That would make things a touch quicker too. It is cool that you had someone show you the ropes too.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord., "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11) Sometimes, we forget that Jesus wants us to prosper. We get sidetracked with worries about work, family, friends. It's not easy to navigate life with clarity and wisdom when we are struggling with anxiety and fear...But He has plans for us anyway. Thank you for reminding us of that. Your words are examples of goodwill, compassion, kindness, and grace. Jesus says that we are the salt of the earth.
