I got the regular Assassin 4, my PC build will have all noctua fans, I got the assassin for because I like the aesthetics, but if it is too noisy, I’ll remove one of the fans and put a noctua fen on it

I see it's price in USA is cca. $78. Is it better than Scythe Mugen 6 CPU Air Cooler $47?
