Hi!! So I watch all your videos you and nail are like my favorite to watch! You both have such good vibes and it makes me happy it really is inspirational. I’m also a yoga teacher and neuromuscular therapist and I couldn’t pass this one up to share💕 so yoga is literally the best thing for you and a lot of people believe that it’s just about the poses, balance and flexibility. But it’s so much more! I totally get how you feel in this video and I have noticed in your videos you always feel a little off around a full moon. I would suggest sun salutations and meditation and even pranayama! All of these are yoga. Sometimes at first it’s hard because your coming out of a comfort zone but when you keep trying it becomes easier. If you ever want to try to mediate or to help you wind out for sleep or even help with anxiety or feeling depressed the app balance is really really good! It helps you stay on track and explains as you go. Also when you start to do these things you may have emotional releases which is okay! Your muscles trap in emotions but it’s healthy to let it out! Remember be compassionate with your self and be patient and always give yourself love especially when trying any of these because it can be difficult. I had to throw it out there in case it could help! ✨❤️

Yoga has helped me so so much, not only have I become more flexible and stronger etc but it has helped me mentally more than anything, it really helped me get through lockdown 💕 yoga with adrienne has some great 30 day programmes on her channel which will help you get into it! I know how much you love marmite. You have to try marmite pasta and cheese! The best (we call it vegemite in Australia). Cook your pasta, in the hot pan melt marmite and butter, add in your pasta, mix and serve with cheese on top :)
