So nearly there. Be good to see the fan park when it’s finally complete. Sat in the upper tier few times now it’s a bloody killer all them stairs but the view is great. I still don’t think some people realise how much room would be needed to expand the other two stands.

Agreed Simon, the future will dictate it. To keep up with the big boys the smart move in time is surely the KD stand to mirror the main stand or similar, and then maybe in time a bigger Kop to finish it off, it would be close to 80,000 then.

Hi kc, that thing you asked what is that in against the wall in the vehicle access in the corner of the anfield rd and main stand, i believe that is the Premier League sign they stand on the pitch when the players come out before the game, line up and then shake hands. I also said on someone's earlier anfield rd video either yours, mister drone, the stadium or grey beard that they would do the terracing in the corner during this international break after they put the pieces in the car park as i didn't think they'd need to go on the pitch or use one of the big cranes. Regarding the anfield square, a wacky suggestion could be a statue of liberty size statue of Jurgen Klopp! Y.N.W.A

Great video as always. The suggestions of relocation to Anfield Square wasn't one I'd thought of, I was thinking of new things. But if I'm OK give credit to other's ideas as inspiration (all credit to all who made those suggestions), yep Skerries Road relocation sounds a good one. By eye on Google Earth it looks a larger space so bigger houses or more green space, whatever balance works best. But there's also the other side of the road, can we call it the Anfield Triangle? The church and the building next to it could almost be lifted and shifted to the other side of Venmore Street. The "dog legedded" part at the far end of the triangle could be used to relocate the houses closest to the KOP and SKD corner, which would give space to relocate Walton Breck Road away from the stadium. I read a post on your last video that LCC had dedicated the land to leisure. The moves would free up land around the stadium for exactly that. More fans in the stadium. An expanded Anfield could also include additional leisure spaces under the stands. It'll just in a different location from what LCC have said about Anfield Square.

Talking of copyright, I don't know if some rules would come into play regarding that with the Premier League and their various broadcasters, but have you ever considered doing a video of the various comings and goings on a typical match day with folks coming and going? It'd just bring the ground to life more I reckon as as great as the footage that you, Mr Drone, and others have shot is, the purpose of a stadium is to accommodate fans at an event and it's nothing without them, however corny a line that has become now.

Congrats on winning your appeal. Its the principal that matters and fair play for seeing it through. Great footage. The yellow bit covered up in corner of annie rd n main stand looks like the prem backing wall they bring onto pitch start of each game. Also, why didnt they remove the TV camera gantry / platform in corner to give more room fit the concrete panels? Hope they get rid of that as well looks an eye sore.

I was thinking the square might be a nice place to have all the food stalls with seating etc landscaped like, a food hall with covers for all weathers .... although given the scale of the hospitality in the ground as it is I guess they'd have to consider whether such facility would impact their own business, or whether rents offset that, could also peg merch outlets there too (Obv. licensed).... On thing for sure its currently underused.

Why not build a mini top tier stadium for the LFC youth academy & women team's on Anfield Square. Like Man City & Barcelona have done near their main stadium's. Because it also helps your youth academy players get inspired by thinking one day, I want to play at Anfield in famous red shirt in front of 60k fans watching me play.

I meant to say yesterday I was working on site in Birmingham they were rising money for a homeless charity the money goes towards a mobile shower box van so the homeless people can go have a shower very have raised 5k for another mobile shower box van as I was leaving the charity was there collecting the money and showing the MD of the site around the mobile shower van plus MD is going to supplying and the towels for the charity . Looking forward to the video later

Hi kc , great video PS ,,whos the bigger club and bk on there perch,,yes liverpool,,,unfortunately manu are expanding to near 90,000,,there fore the skd should be knocked down and built like the mainstand which will take liverpool to 70,000 and there are 5 empty plots of land around Anfield where over 20,000 flats or houses can be built to rehouse the people living behind the SKD stand ,,unfortunately we have a limited life span and LFC will live on for over a thousand years,,money talks for this to happen

The 2 biggest obstacles to a bigger kop are the right to light orders and the accessibility problems. The old Canada dock freight line and a station would allow passengers much closer access than the 25 minute Sandhills walk, and it wouldn't be uphill for 1.3 miles, more like 500 meters straight and level. But thats £80 million for the station before refurbing any of the line or buying trains. Quite an expense. We sorted the original right to light objections by buying all the property around Anfield and demolishing it all. So opposite the kop where the Kemlyn road entrance is, the 4 shops and the church would have to be bought and demolished as well as the building behind the church that had murals in it. Then we would have to build 4 new premises for the café, chippy and one of the others is a photo place? Also have to build a church as well, and the commercial premises on some of the land that does not have a problem with a new kop. It's a right pain in the ass, but at the moment the area surrounding Anfield could do with a shed load of TLC because it looks like an opportunity to totally revitalise the area with some smart decisions. After moving the church and shops you could even build a new section to Walton Breck rd towards the edge of all the vacant land we now own. Then just re route the road away from the new Kop stand. Thing is we could not have it as tall as Boroussia's stand of 21k because of the houses on Hartnup street.

No it wont mate. Once all the pre-cast concrete terracing is installed it will need to be sealed on the joints and treated with a damp proof solution. There's quite a lot walling to go in as well at the back and side, none of the seats (rail seating) will go in until that's all completed, maybe ahead of the Brighton game.

I take it you mean the roof truss? The original plan was for the Annie Road Stand to have an exposed truss the same as the main stand but that had to be changed during the consultation process prior to obtaining full planning permission. The Annie Road stand roof has a box truss (as opposed to a triangular truss) which has the external roof cladding laid on top of if and the internal roof cladding (ceiling) attached beneath it which is why it's not visible.
