You are by far my favorite KZbin channel! I love watching your videos for many reasons! One, I’m 54, so I’ve had many of the 80’s and 90’s vehicles you enjoy, two, I love that you don’t get into politics on your channel! You kinda stay neutral and one of the things I love that you said once related to vehicles you were checking out was both sides need to work together and things would be so much better! The best thing I love about you and your page besides all the vehicles is the passion you have for all these vehicles and you stay so calm and cool no matter what! Be it a fan that tries to start something, to hurting yourself on a vehicle, as well as never freaking out working on any of your vehicles even when things aren’t going easy! on the grand national, you need to find the vin# on the frame,,, I found this internet listing that stated that the frame vin# is located on the------- Passenger side frame rail near the front by the door on the top side ------- :-)

You my friend are correct however the engine choices were slightly different. The Buick GN and Chevy Monte Carlo are on the GM's late 70's and 80's G-Platform.

Just read an article Randy yesterday that the Monte Carlo SS like the one you have is one of the cars that you need to invest in because those are now starting to escalate and value so I think for what you said about 11:00 for a pretty complete car I think that's pretty reasonable I've only seen one other one in in my area of Facebook that was under $10,000 but honestly they're hard to find because a lot of those cars unfortunately are either in collections not for sale or they were totaled

Trac control and ABS "could" be a wheel hub. It happened on my Impala. Sometimes the harness breaks on the left front.

My Monte Carlo ss 05 does the same I’m replacing all of the air in my engine and my intake kept coming loose I’m changing the intake pcv valve air control valve air temperature sensor map sensor mass air flow sensor throttle position sensor my rpm’s jump up and down in idle car acceleration slow engine jerks some times a smell is coming from my intake not the manifold but the intake it’s self and I hear whistling sound coming from it I’m sure a hole or something is in it but I’m replacing all air parts to make sure even vacuum lines just to make sure 🤦‍♂️no blinking check engine light tho just light is on nothing is wrong with alternator or starter so I finally came to conclusion it’s one of the air parts around the engine and intake manifold.
