So sad man. I was never one to take peoples trials too seriously but I loved seeing what people came up with. I also loved getting out of bounds & made a bunch of time trials where they shouldn't have been outside the map, at the intro police station, endgame tower, etc. Nice edit. RIP

I still miss running trials and while I was never insane I specialized in breaking the game in weird ways. From getting out of bounds to launching myself into buildings at Mach 10 or into the sky. I’ll always have fond memories. Will always have a tattoo and fond memories of a life changing experience.

You should still get it. All single player functions still work but all player made things and leaderboards will not work

This couldn't come at a worse time for me, as I just got into the game a few days after the shutdown (didn't hear about it, until my Spidey-sense realized that an old EA Game likely has online only achievements).

Same here. You know it hurts even more if you consider the fact that the corpos make games that game community don't like or corrupt the remakes instead of giving the love these kind of games deserve. It was huge mistake for gamers and geeks to give the corpos so much trust and patience.

I didn't even know this happened until I saw this, bro why did they have to shut down the servers. Hopefully someone creates a mod or something with a server we can play on. Man I really hope they release a ME3. Honestly sucks so much that we more than likely will never have one.

Like I said at the end of the vid there's a team working on a server emulator so hopefully they get that done soon. However it would obviously only be for PC so conso is sadly dead forever😢

You can continue to play single player however all online functions like leaderboards, player tags, hacking, custom player made trials, and beat L.Es are completely gone and removed from the game

The og Medge lost servers a few years ago like 2-3 if I'm not mistaken. Compared to when the game was created the original ME had servers for way longer. It's just unfortunate.

The game always had online capabilities like leaderboards, Beat L.Es (a little thing you find with a list of other players that found it), custom dashes that other players made that you can play, and a handful of things you could hack and put your custom runner tag on. All of that does now not exist

It is a singleplayer game. But from what I understand it had some "multiplayer" things like leaderboards and player made dashes. Judging from what I've seen their now gone but you can still play the singleplayer side of course. Basically as the content creator said in another post (two comments up). It's the games "Online capabilities" that are shut down not the actual game
