After much thought, I am writing this. I am from West Bengal and have thoroughly enjoyed watching all your episodes covering my beautiful state. It’s been a joy to see West Bengal through your lens. Every year, I visit North Bengal, especially Darjeeling, and it never gets old. The tea gardens, the majestic Kanchenjunga, the Teesta River, and breakfast at Keventer’s always bring immense joy. There’s so much to observe and cherish-the landscapes, the people, and the food. You have a significant goal of reaching Australia, and after over 400 days, you’re now in West Bengal. While you still have a long journey ahead, there are many things you can skip that don't align with the purpose of your adventure. However, it seems like you are spending too much time focusing on PWD signboards, which might not add much value. There’s so much more you could experience, explore, and share with your viewers-things that truly capture the essence of the places you visit. Focusing on non-essential details could make your journey feel like it was merely about cycling and narrating what you saw, with disproportionate attention to roadside signs. My suggestion is to stay focused and prioritize your topics. Enjoy the places you visit, interact with the locals, experience their culture and food, and share these meaningful insights with your audience. Lastly, refrain from sharing expert opinions on topics unless you have a deeper understanding of them.

Hey, very happy to see your comment, with such a detailed suggestion. I agree that i am stuck with the PWD boards, but happy now, because i will not have to see them again, this was the last signboard, which i recorded and comment. It comes out of frustration, which i get to think - Why Millions of them? why after few hundred meters? Anyways. I worked already and will work on your suggestions, like interacting with locals, experiencing their cultures (when i seized an opportunity, Food (Not fancy and expensive ones). Places, i show what i see and there is a reason behind it - purpose is to share the journey and its details, what happened, when, how and why? I visit places, but don't share about it much because, there are lots of such videos about them and that makes my videos long. Your las suggestion, i will work on that, i feel i cannot stop from sharing my understanding, but yes, i can stop sharing my half understanding on them. so, will try to research and share. that's a promise. Keep supporting dear. Lots of love.

3:26 it is because the constant tussle between state and central govt in the state. whenever any of the party(govt) build a road they do it to highlight it to the public that they're responsible for the development, sort of party's advertisement. It is stupid and immature as well but it is what it is.
@WorldBudgetWheels28 күн бұрын
indeed, its such a honest answer. Loved it. it matched with my thought process also. its mere a publicity and brainwashing attempt of Bengali people. Because, none of the state or central government put such signboards in any of indian state or UT, except WB government. Hope everyone will agree to it.

The PWD full name stands for the Public Works Department. PWD meaning implies a department under the Government of India primarily concerned with public infrastructures that include building roads, construction of bridges, government offices, developing water systems, etc.Department of Public Works popularly known as PWD is one of the departments under the control of Government of West Bengal. Under PWD, the Public Works and Public Works (Roads) Directorates are presently charged with the planning, survey, design, construction and maintenance of Roads, Bridges and Buildings throughout the state as well as having various responsibilities for emergency and relief activities. Dear brother, you are about to leave west Bengal, let your query about signboard be classified as par my personal understanding. The state highways are constructed by state government, by state PWD dep't. Only to clarify that highways under question are not efforts of Government of India but of State Government of West Bengal, such signboards erected to clarify misunderstanding within general public if any.
@WorldBudgetWheels28 күн бұрын
Thanks for answering Dada! What kind of miss understanding are they trying to clear within the general public?? this is what i am still looking for? and if such boards are so important to put in Millions, thats too within 300 to 900 mts, why not any other state of india has them? This is the question bothering me still.

Do consider doing some basic body weight exercises for 15-20 mins everyday, (when ever you stop)…the load on your bicycle seems really heavy,and being from Chandigarh, you are not very experienced in riding the mountain roads of Sikkim and further north( the southern ghats are completely different compared these roads)….keep riding! Cheers!❤
