The warden can spawn anywhere there is a shrieker that is naturally spawned. To know if it’s naturally spawned the souls will be brighter and faster moving and it takes 4 shrieks to summon a warden (Also I think it’s an 11 by 11 square around a shrieker they spawn but if it is lit up the won’t spawn)

I’m 90% sure lighting doesn’t matter for spawning the warden, but everything else sounds good 👍

Also there's a timer on each shriek, so if you wait long enough. I believe 5-10 minutes, it will go down by 1 shriek

@@deadmemer4991 , Hazzard is referring to the light inside the shrieker. It is brighter if it is naturally spawned.

The shrieker block looks different when its enabled yes, but unless you place it yourself it's going to be naturally spawned so you don't have to look. And no, the warden just needs a spawnable surface, it doesn't care about the light level. It did earlier in the development, but they removed the light level check before release. @Michael, Hazzard mentioned both the lit up texture of the shrieker, which is correct, and claimed lighting the area would stop it from spawning, which isn't true anymore.

Hi Sausage! For the goat horns I think it's easiest to place a block in front of you when the goat is coming, it's faster than jumping out of the way :) very excited for this series btw!!!

You can use wool to block the sensors from hearing anything! so maybe setting up a wool farm ASAP would be on the list? at least if you're planning on risking the deep dark again anytime soon. I'd love to see you work the skulk block into some builds once you've got silk touch.

Hey Sausage, really liking this new world so far! Here's a tip for when your in the Deep Dark; in order to keep the Sculk Sensors from detecting you, you just need to lay out some carpets. They muffle out the vibrations your footsteps make when you walk, so as long as you have a stack or two of carpets you should be relatively invisible.

I have so much respect for hardcore players. The beginning of Minecraft always kills me like a half dozen times in caves, mineshafts, the nether and random holes in the ground before I get fully geared up because I'm always pushing myself to see what I can get away with to grab needed resources.

I am so excited that you have started a new HC series and that you are settling down in a similar area as I did! I am on top of a high meadow, with my Norse/Anglo Saxon base, fields on the plains below, 3 snowy mountains with Beacons on them (think LOTR) and presently creating a dark spruce enchanted forest beyond the cathedral where I will build Baba Yaga's Hut! I remember the good old days as late as 1.16 where most of your builds where made from oak, dark oak and some stones. Most of your builds were easy to follow, had plenty of detail and looked really good. And now over the updated your style expanded in so many other block used. This house you build its almost like a Spanish house or a wild west multicoloured houses. The point is you have evolved, cool to see you playing Minecraft. I wish you many episodes moving on. Side question how do you keep yourself motivated to farm all of the different materials, I ussuly play creative for this reason. Change my mind

oh I was so happy to come home after work and see this new series from you. I have spent 3 days looking through different seeds and not found one I've been happy with. I'm on bedrock but it looks like yours is working on here too so I'm looking forward to seeing how the parity works out.
