Before watching this, I have already completed MDZS and SVSSS, I’m kinda halfway 2Ha and TGCF. I’m still obsessed over SVSSS and 2Ha (I might have a thing for Shizun’s... idk) Edit: It’s been a year (I somehow rediscovered this comment lol) Here’s what I’ve completed since then - Mdzs, Svsss, Tgcf - 2Ha, half way through Yuwu - Little Mushroom (my new obsession) I have made very little progress in the danmei world, but lately I’ve been more interested reading physical copies than online, and since we’re getting a butt ton of physical danmei’s now, I’ll just wait to read those instead (also cuz a lot of site have been shut down🥲) But feel free to leave me suggestions, I’ll need it! Please!

I had read all MXTX books and Svsss is the first book that made me ever cried when Shen Qingqiu die and 2ha is the first book that made me cry so hard that can’t even stop fun fact MXTX is now writing a fourth book

If you like MXTX’s works, I highly recommend Priest’s writing like: -Guardian -Sha Po Lang -Faraway Wanderers -Liu Yao -Silent Reading Priests writing of plot and characters is phenomenal 😭❤️

I read many novels but the recommended ones are not really my fave so here are my (probably forgot some): - Game Loading - Kaleidoscope of death - Laws of the other world - My five elements lack you (I ignored it at first bc of the pic on novelupdates bc I thought it would be childish but it turned out to be my fave) - Omniscient reader's viewpoint ! (it's not Bl but the relationship between two protagonist is very sus) -death progress bar -Faraway Wanderers -heavens official blessing - house of sweets - little mushrooms - Saye -the earth is online -founder of diabolism -legendary masters wife

I got into danmei last year cause of MDZS and it's been a pretty wild ride for me since then. After MDZS, I read TGCF, and then SVSSS. After that was 2ha. I'd say these novels were really the ones that drove me deeper into danmei. So far, aside from those I've already mentioned, I've read Qi Ye, Tian Ya Ke, Liu Yao, Yu Wu, and I've just finished Mou Mou. I'm gonna read Little Mushroom next but right now, I'm still taking a break from reading novels. And I'm still watching Guardian. So, after I'm done with it, I'll finally start Xiao Mogu!!! ww...I'd say I'm rather excited about this one!!

Mdzs got me into danmei too. First I saw its donghua and then browsed about it. Only then did I discover tgcf and ssvs and saw its donghua too. Watching donghuas before reading books can really help with maintaining focus. I read tgcf first and reading this novel was one of the best decisions I ever made. It is my fav one out of all three. I completed mdzs novel just couple of days ago and now I've already started 2ha. Currently on chapter 38

I can't even bear to say that one is better than the other! They're beyond amazing in their own ways. So after reading 2ha, I suggest you read Little Mushroom too! Thousand autumns is also pretty nice, I found it through the series that is on KZbin. But I agree little mushroom was really good, even though the ending dragged on a bit, it’s still one of the few novels I actually finished and can still remember the plot. Thousand autumn is the first new novel I finished after little mushroom, maybe that says something maybe not, idk.

I am currently reading èrha and I'm on 280th chapter i think.... and i have not shed a tiny droplet of tear from my eyes idk if I'm alright :] And it's not that I'm rushing any scene, i have been reading it since last 1.5 months I'm taking my time and understanding it all. In the chuxun and moran's past i did get a bit teary eyed but idk if it was due to the story or the super spicy foods i was having at that time. And yes I do not identify as an 18 yr old either, yet.... But this was my forth damei after completing all three mxtx books and i cried heartily on mdzs and tgcf atleast once.

Noooo, now you've got me really interested in reading _Little Mushroom_ , but I can't find it anywhere because it's been licensed in English and Part 1 isn't going to be released until next year! I don't want to wait until next year, then even longer for Part 2, but I guess I have to... 😭 Also, it's not fully translated yet, but so far I am *LOVING* _The Wife is First_ ! It's so wholesome and just an altogether satisfying danmei novel to read. It's definitely not as good as _Mo Dao Zu Shi_ , or _Heaven Official's Blessing_ , or any of the other more well-known danmei novels, but it's a pretty decent one in my humble opinion! The main couple are just so in love with each other after only a few chapters and it's soooo satisfying! Thanks for helping me find some more reading material! 😊

Hello dear I know Suika (@.yummysuika on twitter) was translating it but I think there were some issues with it and they changed the way they're sharing it. I'd check their twitter. It's an ongoing translation though, keep that in mind (2ha is really big haha) Personally, I read until like chapter 120 translated by the person who translated it before (Suika picked up the project from them) and then read the MTL which is awful but it's readable. Look up 2ha carrd and I'm sure you'll find all you need

I read Little Mushroom! MC, Little Mushroom was really cute! However, I did not like the story at all. Sorry. Lol. I feel MC and ML lack chemistry and just fell in love too fast. And I'm not really into sci-fi sort of thing so maybe that's why I didn't like it. Lol!
