An excellent, modern and historical argument for Psalm singing. I pray more Presbyterian Churches would sing the Lord's Word.

Thank you for this message. The Lord stirs my heart to learn to worship Him, through the singing of the Psalms!

After the Covenanters gathered for battle they sang Hymn124 ! I'm from Lanarkshire Scotland, my county is steed in the events of those times do read about ' The Killing Times' when Claverhouse and his troops ranged all over the South West of Scotland hunting for Conventicles and worshiping Presbyterian people! There is much in Hamilton on the Covenanters! In my own public library under covers ,we have the battle flag from Bothwell bridge!! Carried by the men of my town!

The speaker here is saying that the Reformed Prsebyterians model after the Ancient Church. How do the RPs hang onto psalm singing yet believe that unbaptised infants are damned? The Ancient Church did not practice infant baptism. The Ancient Church knew that baptism is for those who have reached the age of accountability, and for the remission of sins... of course babies are incapable of sin. Seems to me that the RPs are cherry-pickers.
