The wars of independence of each of these two countries were so interrelated and leaking into each other that it wouldn't be much of an exaggeration to consider them the same war.

@@Tammeboy9112 The reds were fighting on a common front for the Soviet Russian cause against both countries after their declaration of independence. It is rather difficult to make sense of those wars each in isolation. Even further, all those then contemporary conflicts in the region could be seen as Russian wars of dissolution due to the collapse of the empire after the first world war, or perhaps a kind of leaking out of the Russian civil war. There were Russians involved on all sides of these wars and there were also many other nationalities fighting in the ranks of these newly independent nationalist countries as well as against them.

@herptek Estonia war would be far more interesting. Estonia went outside its borders. Almost conquerd Petrograd and they almost had a chance to invade Riga. We had larger battles (Battle of Kirvasoo for example). We had armored train divisions. And we had some cool military leaders (Partisan leader Julis Kueprjanov and Naval admiral, Defence league and Armored train founder, Johan Pitka) and different allies (Brits, Finns, White russians (One of the most elite), even Danes, sweds) So he should deffinetly make video about it.

@@Tammeboy9112 There are well done videos about that war here on youtube. The Petrograd offensive against Ingria you mentioned was organized by white Russian army against the bolshevics. The southern front of the Estonian war of independence against the reds is basically the same as the northern front of this war. The reds were pushed out from southern Estonia and from large areas Latvia as well by the Estonian troops and their allies more of less on the same go, as was touched on correctly also in this video.
