▶ Recipe and ingredients:
8 chicken thighs
olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Salt, black pepper, pepper mix
Juice of half a lemon
rosemary
paprika
Marinate the chicken and let it rest for 30 minutes
Potato
Add salt to boiling water
Bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes
Drain the potatoes
Salt, dry garlic, basil, parsley, paprika, turmeric
some vegetable oil
Heat a frying pan with some vegetable oil
Fry on both sides over high heat
Fry the whole chicken in this way
Olive oil, juice of half a lemon
Paprika, pepper mixture
1 teaspoon honey
Coat the chicken well with the glaze
Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C
Turn the chicken over, brush with glaze and bake for another 15 minutes.
