Hi, great question! I’m currently doing a PhD (a qualification where you spend ~4 years researching a particular topic, in my case, butterfly brains). My top advice would be work hard in school, particularly in the sciences. That will help you get to university (in my case, to study Biology) which will open so many doors. In the meantime, keeping on loving nature!
