To the people who think she is blaming men as in all the men. Focus on the line "I asked my friend to drop me home, because his privilege will protect mine". Which clearly states she trusts this friend with her heart. And there are guys who go beyond ways to protect us. But the question is why do we need protection in the first place. "This isn't an all men thing" "But the men I can trust are only a few." So powerful.

Hypocrisy everywhere.. truth is - men r risking their lives and slogging their asses whole life, men in the world are working,dying and sweating since centuries to feed and protect women. hence girls always had lot of time to cry and feel like a damsel. Guys love to support all this garbage trying to impress women and hoping to get laid.. Saara zammana haseeno ka deewana.

why women not fight in war for protecting people? it's men who fight for country & create & build the country. why women not in front line of any disaster like fire & earthquake? it's men who sacrifice their own life to save people. in war in disaster, women will automatically disappear & go back home, while peace time, women love to say they are brave.

I hate 3rd wave feminists but idk what's about the hate on this video. I saw a meme about this video and came here to watch the full length of it. Surprisingly these are basic rights of a woman, she demands of there's no man hating or hypocritical whining. Meme pages going edgy over this video still proves sexism is real and feminism is needed in 3rd world countries.

He aimed on being a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT which was opposed by his parents. His neighbors/relatives termed it as "A dwarf aiming for the moon". He left his house and family in Jamshedpur *with Rs 1000* and headed to Kolkata. (thats all my grandpa could afford to give out) Where he worked and studied at the same time, living in a relative's house. This was back in the 80s. He's a Proud CA now, supporting my mother and me. And then there are these Fucktard madarchod feminists. Put this cancer in the gas chambers please.

the comments to this show a lot of peoples true intentions and mindsets. It's so obvious that such a strong, well-worded and truthful poem such as this, would make them feel threatened. These people don't like to be challenged, so it's very easy to brand this as "feminazi" or question why this would empower women. They are not a woman, they wouldn't know. - And they don't have to understand. I found this wonderful, infuriating, but so empowering. I'm a 16 year old girl, and I thank you, Aranya, for writing this. You're amazing.
@adg4598
@adg4598 5 жыл бұрын
They are not a woman, they wouldn't know. - That's a very dangerous statement to make. In any debate, this will go against you. "You are not a man, what would you know about male rapists?" Just making a point. Not saying I support rapists or whatever you might try to imply. Just saying that your statement makes no sense whatsoever. In fact it just supports, or rather grows on identity politics, leaning on Marxism, post-modernism(anti-social) or even fascism, the ideologies that I detest to the core. We've had a 100 million corpses to prove identity politics wrong. Do not lend support to it. A man can understand what a woman goes through, given he has the faculty to do so. Any individual belonging to any group has the capacity to understand the point made by another individual from another group of possibly conflicting ideologies, given he has the open-mindedness, willingness and the faculty to understand the viewpoint of the other. If you oppose this basic point, all hell breaks loose. Society is fractured. If we can't understand you, whats the point of living with you? Might as well separate. Dangerous, very dangerous. Kindly think again. Rather be gray about things, than be black and white. Analyze and introspect, before choosing sides, or rather choosing whether to take a side or formulate your own, different opinion. I hope you try to think about this, for your comment, specifically that one line, disturbs me deeply. Regards.

Yeah especially marriage is just... I don't like the idea of marriage anymore. Like most rights of e Women is suppressed. If she doesn't want kids or is not ready for kids they don't want her. If she wants to work and has not cooked or maybe not interested in cooking... No she has to take care of family that's why... Then i literally asked my mom then why not say the same to males?? They say 2e shouldn't expose our body like that Then why are ladies elder to us wearing saree wherein you know exactly what I am Talking about. They basically don't have a come back at this. I am tired of marriage and literally stopped the idea of it. Thankfully parents support me on that

"Na tera naa mera zamaana.. na yee zanaana ya mardana".. the lines from IRSHAD KAMIL'S lyrics in IMTIAZ ALI'S TAMASHA.. SPEAKS IT ALL.. EQUALITY IS NOT ABOUT EVERY ONE DOING EXACTLY EVERYTHING THE SAME WAY.. THAT WOULD KILL THE BEAUTY OF DIVERSITY... EQUALITY IS WHEN A WOMAN AND MAN CAN INDIVIDUALLY REMAIN "WHAT THEY ARE" GUILT FREE... WITHOUT THE FEAR OF BEING JUDGED... WITH THE DIVERSITY BEING ACCEPTED... GENDER EQUALITY (or any form of equality whether be it gender/ social) IS ABOUT KNOWING THE PHYSICAL,PHYSIOLOGICAL,PSYCHOLOGICAL AND EMOTIONAL DIVERSITIES.. IDENTIFYING THEM.. AND ACCEPTING THEM AS THEY ARE.. WITH RESPECT.. ACCEPTANCE IS RESPECT, LOVE , EQUALITY.. nature has bestowed us with diversities to show us so many various manifestations of life.. so let's make the best out of it.. For we can appreciate light if we know dark Hope if we had been hurt And love if we know pain.. not all men are a hindrance to women and their lifestyle.. it would be nice to see both the gender harness each other's abilities .. to make a peaceful living..
