A Bu - Piano Sonata No. 1 “Pinus” I. Vivace

In memory of Nikolai Kapustin and his beloved wife Alla Kapustina, I composed my Piano Sonata No. 1 “Pinus”.
This sonata will be published by Schott Music in early autumn and the world premiere studio recording will be co-released by German label Wergo and China’s NCPA Classics.
Here is the first movement of my sonata, recorded at the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing.
