Have the vacation rental prices in Bucerias altered your travel plans?

Yes definitely. We used to stay for 3 months but with the rising prices can only afford 2 months. With the low Canadian dollar ( most rentals are based on USD) and the high pesos we have noticed not only have the rentals gone up but restaurants and groceries have also.

Is that a 1 bedroom only? A master was mentioned but usually if there is a master it means there is a lesser , otherwise it’s just a 1 bedroom. It’s nicely done , clean and has everything you’d need , just wondering total bedrooms for that price. Gracias 🙏

I am always interested in rental properties around Bucerias and Nuevo Nayarit. I would rent for a period of time before considering buying property. Thanks for viewing less expensive properties, the Golden Zone has become out of reach.
