The Game Boy Color didn't _have_ shoulder buttons; popping a GBC game or even an older Game Boy game into a Game Boy Advance and trying to use the shoulder buttons there only changes the game's aspect ratio

@@TheFrozenCavern yes the gameboy and gameboy color had a select button, it's basically a portable nes, like how the gba was a portable snes.

Great review but a nitpick I have is that Antz also came out on the DMG Game Boy as well (sort of) since the game came out on a black cartridge which was used on early GBC software like Wario Land 2, Pocket Bomberman, and the GBC version of a Bug's Life. So essentially black cartridges are OG Game Boy games that have a full color pallette if played on a GBC or GBA but also work on the DMG Game Boy. The GBC exclusive games came on Clear carts and don't work on the DMG Game Boy but work on the GBC and GBA and use the full hardware the GBC has over the OG Game Boy. I hope I didn't sound confusing and if you want you should try the force Game Boy mode on black cart GBC games on an emulator to try the OG Game Boy Model. Also don't stretch the game footage into widescreen it looks bad, borders would fix this issue

Thanks for the info. And yeah, it was a little confusing, but I got it. lol. Also, when it came to the stretched gameplay, I recorded on emulator, and it was already like that, but by the time I realized, I was through most of the game.

My only question is, why rings? Like, I understand that a game like this usually has collectibles like that but in this case… rings? What is this, Sonic the Hedge-Ant? Ant-Hog?

I can see this going either two lights one this is going to be linked to persona because of the fact that stands and personas are very similar to each other or since we have the death foreshadowing of him almost dying twice maybe we him go to Shibuya and then get shot because the ends up in the reapers game from the world ends with you considering how much talk of solar there is in this episode and there's a lot of souls talk in the secret reports of that game that's what I'm saying and there's also imagination I'm just saying these two things make sense with the for shattering at least

Well, if I remember correctly, there wasn't really a fight against him at the end of the movie. He charged into Z (accidentally) and got himself killed for it by falling into a giant hole.

Ants is a ok not a great movie and a bugs life was done a lot better in my opinion
