You should run full attack on potential for the heals, but since it's a 30% chance, it might be better at lower levels to run accuracy so she doesn't miss her basic attack so you can heal and get the crit resistance. But, she is usable. I wouldn't say good though. Eventually you'll replace her with Glox, Zaneri etc.
