I love that you share real life and how you feel. That piece on math during breakfast helped because I struggle with my kiddos and it can feel very lonely. Like only my kids struggle thanks 😊 ❤

After number 4 losing weight has been much much harder and I've had to come to terms with a more realistic goal weight. Glad to see you back.

Agree so much with only planting what you actually eat. For us that’s tomatoes and maybe 1 pumpkin plant to have for Halloween. Otherwise I plant flowers because they’re fairly easy and pretty 😀

Good to see you back. Homeschool mom here. To four kiddos. I feel you when at times it would feel good working hard instead of forcing a 12 year old boy to do his math. But all is good😊

So glad to see you again was wondering about your channel just yesterday actually.. I only work out once or twice a week. I do Fred hans slow burn method. It's only 30 min a week and you bring all of your muscles to failure so much so that you need a whole week to recover or half a week depending on how you feel. It's great at fat burning and very effective at strengthening muscles quickly. I can now do push ups when I wasn't able to before in only 4 months. Also eating low carb on top of the slow burn method has helped a ton. After my 4th baby the weight really stuck.

​​@@thesimplemammait's great for us homeschoolers with not a lot of time on our hands. The first few times you do it though it could take up to an hour but once you get into the routine of it it only takes half an hour. Instead of spending my time working out everyday I now go for walks, bike rides, or a gentle stress reducing Pilates workout with my kids 😊

yes working out can take up a lot of time. I do try and set a time limit.

Welcome back! Thanks for such a relatable vlog. For weight loss, I suggest looking into intermittent fasting. It has worked amazingly for me. I have done it while breastfeeding when my babies were eating solids.

I have tried intermittent fasting in the past, and I actually am planning on doing a three day fast soon, to kick start some fat loss but my goal right now is getting in enough protein which is hard for me to do just eating for smaller windows.

@@thesimplemamma Yeah, I think with trying to get enough protein in to build muscle, intermittent fasting could possibly hinder you. I have only used it while trying to lose weight. Wishing you the best on your fitness journey!

this model, the v12 does a good job, but they don't last very long, we pretty much replace it every year! I need to try something else next time I think!
