A cake that resembles the famous ice cream! Capri cake.

We have had the recipe for this "Capri cake" in our family for years and we classify it as one of the better cakes. It's great that nothing is baked.

INGREDIENTS:
BASE:
150 - 160 g of petit biscuits
STRAWBERRY CREAM:
1 liter of strawberry juice
3 strawberry puddings
100 g of sugar
CUSTARD:
1 liter of milk
3 vanilla puddings
150 g of sugar
200 g of margarine or butter
GLAZE:
150 g of cooking chocolate
50 ml of oil
DECORATION:
500 ml of whipping cream
