The plaintiff and defendant met at a car wash and began seeing each other intimately shortly after. While the plaintiff says she’s a good Christian woman, she was tempted by the defendant when she saw him at the car wash. The plaintiff eventually loaned the defendant $2,000, which was never repaid. The plaintiff is suing the defendant for these unpaid loans, but the defendant claims he was only asked for payment after he cut the plaintiff off.
