OSIM is a Singaporean brand. Over here, they target parents and seniors, an image which they lean pretty heavily into with lots of Mother's day, Father's day promotions. Coupled with the fact that most Singaporeans stay in public housing apartments with not a lot of space, young people almost never buy it for themselves. Hope they find a market in the west!

Welp these things quite worth the investment tbh. Panasonic ones are great too. Always use massage chair or bed after workout. It massages muscles around the spine pretty much needed when you do weight lifting.

When out of warranty, parts/labour/inspection fees comes to thousands of dollars. Sometimes they don’t have spare parts anymore. So you are encouraged to buy a new chair from them. By the way, the OSIM massager mechanism are not reliable. They tend to break off after warranty.
