I love scump just as much, if not more then the average fan…. Has always been my goat, i was able to see past the number of rings other guys had, loved his personality and just had the mindset of watching a “Jordan-esque” type of career. But i can truly say the biggest part of this episode of the process for me was….. when Dashy after the loss chimed in and was talking about how he jumped out green and died. Right after that Scump says they need to take accountability….. not once said it after Shottzzy or Illey said anything. Not once. I will always look at Scump as a personal favorite, and Optic as a revolutionary org. But i will never look at them with the same respect or amount of class ever again. Dashy isnt perfect, but no one is. To be treated like this…… its very sad. I'm always gonna be a optic fan not because they are the biggest team in the game but because of Hecz, I love what he's done for the scene and the content he provides and makes the org provide, I grew up watching Scump and he's one of my fav players but behind Formal cos he's the goat of controller FPS esports and Karma because he changed his role 3 times and was super impactful every time (barring his last year but that was aids) but I'm not saying Dashy was squeaky clean this year but there is something to be said that not only has this happened to Rambo/Shottzzy against Crimsix but it has now happened with them against Dashy, there is a correlation there. I love shottzzy I think he's a great player and a great personality for the org, but he's young and I wouldn't put it past him to be manipulated by Rambo, I think Rambo defo has to take a step bk, not from coaching so to say but at least stop being so hands on, I think the clip of Crimsix and dashy saying that the players can fox most of the things in game themselves but they'd want their coach to pick up things they cant see and watch other teams who are ahead or bad tendency other teams have. I know Crowder the coach of FaZe will do a day with the team and then the other coach will do the next day so it isn't so hands on and full time, it is also cos Crowder streams and wants that to continue so if everyone knew that and the Org and the team was calm with him going to bowling that one night then I guess that is okay but the whole team must know and say yh that's calm, like if it wasn't and other things were said maybe it would have been a good idea to keep Sender. I will say there is also something to be said that Sender leaves most likely because he didn't get that much of a say if Rambo disagreed and yet with a new roster and the drama around the team and 2 of their players NYSL were able to go out and get the win for the first major. I do think tho Rambo got to much of the credit for Dallas, I'm not saying he didn't help, cos like for sure he did, but I mean you had Crimsix and Clay on that team who both have a god brain when it comes to knowing how to play the game and also how to win. Look at what Clay was able to do with Simp and Abezy in BO4 and then how well he helped Hydra in CW and them the both of them in that Dallas team. I mean hell Scump calls Rambo his CODFather yet when Crim got to OpTic he had to teach Scump what a "X" cross was, I'm not siding with anyone just trying to look it from both sides, and tbh you have to call out everyone on a team and be 100% honest with each other for it to work and to many people don't nowadays, but it also does have to be approached and said in the right way as well otherwise no one will listen to each other, and also there is no perfect way to play cod because the game is so situational, like there are perfect set ups for sure and ways to respond to a situation but that cant always be done which is way COD eSports is amazing, it is also astronomical how poor they communicate or word things a lot of the time, like I'm here watching saying to myself that if they just wait to find the right words or say it in a different way with other words it sounds so much better and doesn't come across so bad. No matter what I'm a OpTic fan for life but I'm also a dashy fan cos i feel like there is so much more to this we'll never know

Study other teams and relay info. Has to set up vod reviews, extra practices, and most importantly keep that morale up! Lift players up! Im not a coach but I’ve been in various sports with amazing coaches and know what it takes. It’s definitely not easy getting everyone on the same page but that’s what they signed up for.

Since we won our last home major, I knew Rambo going to be an issue. The way he celebrated more than anyone else rubbed me the wrong way. Then they way Sender left, I knew it was because Rambo was just trying to do all and take all the credit. I am proud of what H3CZ and Scump have built with Optic and I will always be a fan. But I can't say I will have full confidence that we will be a winning team as long as he's around...
