@@greghanson2206 I'm terribly sorry for the gigantic wall of text below, I'm very invested in this matchup and I have a lot of trouble shortening my main points. You might need to get a little glass of water please. You could argue that Bill does have a big lead in destructive potential and speed in some situations. (I never read the IDW comics so I'll just ignore them for simplicity. I did hear that some bronies in the VS community are not big fans on using them anyway.) However I'd argue that Discord's Chaos Magic is far more consistent in results and does not have weaknesses and conditions for his powers that are as exploitable as Bill's. Even if we assumed that Bill would be in an unrestricted state and Weirdmaggeadon spreads across the Equestrian universe at the start of the fight, there is literally nothing stopping Discord from just turning it off by simply teleporting Bill to a dimension or universe not connected to the Nightmare Realm or closing the giant X-shaped portal in the sky. Discord also has two different methods of being immune to most of Bill's reality warping except possibly time stop (Sorry if I don't elaborate on that one right now) by severing his soul from his own body or just using any magic in general. The soul one is way easier to explain since Bill literally cannot interact with souls unless he has permission to do so (from his little "devil deals") but as for just using magic this requires me to explain a key weakness for Bill that is mostly implied but not outright stated in Gravity Falls. Bill gets stuck underneath a bubble that I will call the "Weirdness Magnet" and frees Ford from gold to help him. Bill explains that he can get rid of it to go conquer the universe but he doesn't know how the bubble works and needs Ford to explain it to him in some way. I think Ford said it was a math equation or a scientific formula but I can't remember, it's in a clip on youtube somewhere. So anyway, unless Bill does a clone prank on Discord and goes studies magic *mid fight* he shouldn't be able to touch the Spirit of Chaos at all. Apologies for the massive wall of text, I get SUPER rambly talking about this matchup cause of how similar these two are surprisingly and how this fight is clearly determined in tons of small details that I think lean towards Discord. Details I'm very worried Death Battle will ignore regardless who wins.
