Libby, I have fibromialga, and I'm going through a really horrific time right now. The pain I'm experiencing is out of control. I appreciate being able to watch your daily struggles, too, because I relate to what you're going through so much. You make me feel like I'm not alone and you have no idea how much that means to me. Thank you. I admire how strong you are and how much you get done. I've had far too many days in bed recently. I do hope you feel better, and I send you all the love, hugs, and positive vibes I can🙏💜🥰

So sorry to hear you are in so much pain. You are definitely not alone - I think most of my viewers have some type of chronic illness. They people like you are the reason I keep on filming. Everytime I think maybe I should stop I get a comment like yours that reminds me that even to help one person feel less alone or feel motivated to do something then it's worth it. I remember days spent on the couch especially in the year I got my diagnosis and it was not fun. I truly hope you are able to get some help and relief for your pain.

I was just thinking that, with your broken toe, it might actually be a good time to get the ketamine infusion because you will be in a bit of an enforced rest during it anyway. And, I would think they could do the iron during your stay, too, so you wouldn’t have to make a separate appointment? How is your parents packing coming along? Hope you are feeling better! My fibromyalgia has been so much more severe these past 5 weeks and I know the grief is the main reason why it’s worse. I have never had the sharp stabbing pain in my abdomen so bad but it’s just made everything worse. Hope Kevin had a good trip here and back home again.

It definitely would be a good time for a ketamine infusion. I've rung and left two messages and had no call backs. I know the doctor is super busy. I seem to be doing better so I'll see how I go over the next couple of weeks. Sadly things like grief and stress have a big impact of fibro and chronic pain. Aren't our bodies and minds just so silly !! Mum's decluttering has been going well - they are going to get in some professionals to do the actual packing.

Are you having cannabis and ketamine and your other pain meds? Hope it is not one of the companies going under. There are so many. Do you think the company took on too much? It sounds like it. Hope it all works out.

I have stopped taking the cannabis but it was kind of instead of the ketamine, so I might now look into having another infusion (since they definitely worked really well) after I see how I go in the next couple of week. I don't want to get to Alaska and be in too much pain to enjoy it and do all the things we have planned. We really don't know quite what is going on with the building company and have quite a few different explanations/theories. The developer, Frasers, has been in business a very long time so I'd hope they don't go under. I was reading an interview with a builder (nothing to do with our place) saying they have a huge shortage of tradies and even moreso apprentices .

CBD typically does not make you feels “spacey”. CBD is not psychoactive. Associated feelings are calm and relaxation. Do you know the percentage of THC in your cannabis oil? Different cannabis strains contain different ratios of THC to CBD. It’s also got to do with the type of pain you have nociceptive and neuropathic . There are so many types of CBD that work for different conditions. Chronic non cancer pain look up Nabiximols and Dronabinol. Get your Doctor to tweak the dose of THC that’s likely causing the cognitive symptoms Also CBD interacts with Codeine

Thanks for the info. Not sure of the THC level but I believe it's on the lower side. I've been off cannabis for over a week now. Not sure if I'll try it again or not. I think the ketamine was a better help with lowering my pain levels.
