Glad to see Keiichi helps Noa by hiring her not just because he's indebt to her, but also she's a competent employee who used to be a chief in the old company. With her capabilities, Keiichi's company grew better and eventually surpasses the former company. The former CEO Uzai is making unreasonable policies which leads to make many employees quit and blaming Noa for making the new employees quitwhen he's actually at fault to begin with. And the HR Head is proven a masochist that wants to be scolded by Uzai and follows his unreasonable orders. It's hilarious that Uzai blames Keiichi for "stealing" his employees when those employees quit on their own because of that toxic working environment and abusive CEO. Keiichi is prepared to call the labor standards to investigate Uzai's company and for sure they'll ended up bankrupt and get a lot of debts. Now Uzai being chased by debt collectors and HR Head being penniless. Serves those two right!
