Omg Anderson is precious. I am a grandma and I’m a big believer in talking to your babies all the time. The babies will talk more and be able to talk sooner and pronounce words much better because you are talking all the to them to him. I would talk about everything even if I was mopping the floor I would talk to them about mopping the floor. All my kids and grandkids had the best vocabulary. So just keep talking to Anderson about everything and he will be talking in no time. ❤️

agreed. i’m “normal” bmi and i don’t drink protein shakes unless i do weights. chicken, yogurt, and other natural sources of protein are a better choice on a daily basis opposed to something processed, and they will be enough to meet nutritional needs.

This simple cookie recipie is so good - 2cups almond flour, 1tsp baking powder, 1/4cup real maple syrup, 1tsp vanilla extract, add as much chocolate chips to your taste. Scoop into balls and bake at 350 for about 10mins ❤. Can also add cinnamon or whatever else you like 😊 much love from Nova Scotia ❤
