Tubing is such a fun winter activity! ! I have only done it once (in my younger years) but have such good memories of the fun we had that day. You definitely get your exercise by climbing back up the hill to slide for hours! It's a good alternative for those of us who don't have the skills to keep upright to ski, lol. Enjoyed looking at all of the various snow sculptures, especially the bunnies hugging the trees

I always worry about the raw meat….but it’s not a being critical….just always taught it was risky?
@PNWShanaLee12 күн бұрын
@@dianecrofoot7955it is risky due to bacteria such as salmonella, even in Russia when you research it, they cook it. I just read several articles about it as well as recipes because I had to know 😊. In Ukraine they eat salo raw which is completely different.
@PNWShanaLee12 күн бұрын
@@dianecrofoot7955 I guess my reply didn’t stick before but in the US and in Russia they normally cook their bacon due to the possibility of causing parasites in intestines or salmonella if left raw. There is another product called Salo that Ukrainians enjoy raw. I was so curious I just spent an hour reading articles as well as recipes regarding Russians and bacon 😊.

Hello Nasty, I really enjoy your videos and appreciate that you don't use background music-it makes me feel like I'm experiencing a cozy winter day with the locals. I also relate to your experience with anxiety. I noticed you mentioned the keto diet, which caught my attention. I've read a bit about it and wanted to try, but hesitated because it seems like you avoid vegetables. I’ve found some doctors who support keto-friendly veggies but advise against dried fruits. I'm not sure which is correct, so I'd appreciate your research on this. Looking forward to learning more. Wishing you all the best!

Hello Nastya from England. I loved your video, such a chance to see a real day in Russia is really rare. We had snow recently and the country literally grinds to a halt, schools close as we are simply not equipped to deal with it. I wonder what you use on your feet to avoid slipping, we had so many accidents here. The playgrounds look much nicer than ours, more variety and in better condition. If was lovely to see you take your little boy in a sledge with you. I noticed you used a spoon to scrape the jar, I use a tiny bit of water, pop the lid on and shake well, removes all the sauce and gives a little extra into the pan.
