The Christian proclamation has existed for some 150 years before the books of the Bible were even compiled, and well over 500 years before Mohammad was even born. The question a Muslim should ask themselves is if only God can forgive man of sin why did Jesus forgive sins? Why did His apostles forgive sin in the name of Jesus Christ if they did not accept His divine nature?
