Thank you! Yeah, that’s a great question!☺️ While I’m no expert, I do have some things that I think work for my family and I. For colds, sipping on warm tea/bone broth, taking good quality vitamin c, getting electrolytes, eating nourishing foods, and getting plenty of rest are what we try to do. I know that there are also different homeopathic remedies out there as well, though I haven’t dabbled into them too much yet. And lastly, I like this immune support spray called Beekeepers Naturals that I try to take before I catch anything. Again, I’m not a doctor or health professional, but those are what work for me.🙂
