It's not that it's hard but it's mentally very draining because you're a constant maid to someone else. But what you have to make sure of is having a good support network whether it's paid or unpaid. And it is CRITICAL to choose the right person to have kids with so you have a balance between you of enjoying hobbies and equal domestic balance of household and work duties so you can both thrive as parents and love each other. 😊

This vlog was so encouraging to me. I’ve been watching your videos since I was 17 because I searched “femininity” on KZbin after feeling frustrated by Jordan Peterson’s emphasis on masculinity lol. I have to watch in segments due to my toddlers lol. I would be interested in seeing a video where you could talk about misconceptions you had about motherhood, and how your life has changed with kids. I'm 1 year pp from my second and in a chaotic state of life due to moving long distance and Ive been doing a lot of deep thinking about who I am and who I used to be and how it's changed with having kids. Thank you for sharing this. I am a fair skinned with light red (more strawberry than blonde) hair. My eyelashes are blonde. I no longer can wear mascara or even eye shadow due to eczema. They cause extreme flare ups around my eyes. One morning I was so sad and frustrated about it and my husband said, “just be you” ! That helped me so much. To remember God created me this way and I should not be embarrassed or feel less pretty.

Oh my goodness you're so on point about the fake products in thrift stores! My Mum bought me a fake Burberry scarf from a thrift store from my birthday... you could tell it was fake because there were spelling errors on the tiny print in the packaging (and because people often donate counterfeit products since it's technically illegal to sell them) - but because she can't see such small print and because the store had priced it really high as if it was the real deal -she thought it was real. Of course it doesn't matter to me at all about it being fake, I love it regardless and I would never tell her that it isn't real. I'm so glad she is happy she found it and of course she is so generous that when she sees these things she gives them to people she loves rather than keeping them for herself. BUT!!!!!!! It's SO unethical for thrift stores to be pricing FAKE designer highly, to give the illusion it miiighhht be real to rip off people who don't know better. If it's a fake designer bag or scarf it isn't worth any more than a regular bag or scarf.

My little boys also love the vacuum. I have a cheap, lightweight cordless stick vacuum I let them use as they please. It keeps them out of my hair when I'm cleaning and also they keep the floor clean between my cleanings with them "big" vacuum. Oh, and your shadowbox bouquet turned out gorgeous!!
