Cute as always. Arms eye is generally where I mess up being too tight so I always now measure the arms eye and the shoulder seam on the pattern .. cause these logs that extend from my shoulders is Big🤣🤣🤣

Adorable on you! I made this dress in July 2022 out of a quirky print cotton poplin from Mood. I did make a test garment and had the same issue with those large armholes so I made the adjustment by raising the actual armhole on the pattern by just under 2 inches. And yes! I am larger busted so usually need to make slight adjustments in that department. Thanks for sharing your make! Hoping you feel better soon!

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed it. I hope your neckline turns out fine. I’m not sure if I mentioned it but it did bubble up on me as I tried stitching the neckline down, so I unpicked it and pressed it down with stitch witchery first and then stitched it. I do that with almost all my projects that have to be stitched down.

After much work, the neckline was fine, but the dress just didn't fit me well at all. I'm very narrow in the shoulder and full in the bust. So the dress is a bust lol. I'm not experienced enough to modify the pattern. I'll continue to watch your channel and perhaps I'll find a pattern that works for my body type. Thanks for all you do. @@CreativiteeByT

Your dress is soooo cute! I made that dress last year and it’s way too big! I should have made a smaller size! I also love Hobby Lobby’s material and agree that it’s definitely cheaper there than Joann’s fabrics. I saw your fabric there this week and almost bought it but I really haven’t made anything with linen yet. Do you find that that particular fabric wrinkles a ton? Thanks for sharing! 😊

Hi Michele! Thank you so much for your comments! In general. Linen does wrinkle more thank other fabrics. However, I’ve worn this dress twice and it stays in good shape! I’ve sat down and had the kiddos on my lap and the dress only had normal wrinkles. I would try it out. Thanks for watching! Enjoy your day! 😃😍🤩
