Hey, since it's Hardcore permadeath, I dare you to use your cockpit view while flying >:) As for the base - "Permanent base", going all in on irony :D Edit: (I never liked first person view in racing games myself tbh, but then my friend absolutely destroyed me using first person and as a punishment for a bet I had to use it - and since then I can't go back)

if you are taking damage theres a chance you can damage equipment now.
