Astrobot is an example. It clearly is a "Nintendo game". But nothing that they did is illegal, or really patented or anything. Anyone can do that type of game, its not exclusive of Nintendo. So, with each passing year, there are gonna be more and more games like this because videogame industry keeps growing, keeps inspiring new generations, and keeps advancing technologically, and in a decade or two, there are gonna be so many "Nintendo games" that Nintendo isnt gonna be special anymore. Si gringo, si, ya calmese. This doesn't mean Nintendo can nor should sue. What this means is that Astro-Bot isn't placing anything original or groundbreaking to the table. It's just refreshing to Sony players. And the main point I take from that comparison video is that if Sonyiers want to play more games like Astro-Bot they should stop being so fanatic and play some Nintendo games. Also, getting the console is much cheaper, and the prices for games are cheaper. Yeah, yeah, I hear you. Nintendo doesn't lower the games' prices; however, most of players already don't wait for games to get cheaper. So most Sony players buy games at 70 dollars as opposed to 60. In conclusion, just explore more options and companies. Many Sonyiers are acting as if they just found a diamond (Astro-Bot), when we've seen many like thay already in other places.

Majoras mask still to me holds the best metaphor to life being, you go around the town and just about everyone is worried about the impending doom around them and you only get the three days to do whatever you can. Take away, take advantage of the time you have in life, don’t worry about the inevitable. Also the game itself literally shows the five stages of death. You know what’s funny though, they didn’t claim the rights to spinning blocks and all that shit. Nintendo can’t sue because of how copyright works, it may look similar but Sony has its own brand and it’s own brand is implemented over these templates, and templates aren’t something Nintendo can claim the rights to.
