That's what I'm thinking too.. the improvements made elsewhere have made the Deadpool delay worthwhile. The translucent parts on some of the other sculpts look great, and I love the imprinting on the box to give you a heads up of where the health token numbers go.

They're definitely not on paper, but it does look like a thinner material. I trust Roxley FULLY with the robustness of their components, though, so have no fears!

I'm actually a bit cautious with the acryllic. So, for one, I prefer the cardboard one making basically no sounds to the acryllic one making some sounds. I have a disablitly making me sensitive to sounds, so... not so great news there, but it might not be catastrophic, we'll see. In a similar vein, I think the worst part of the first marvel box was Mjölnir. You need to pick it up constantly and the cardboard token is hard to grap and don't even get me started on the metal version, which is seemingly purposefully designed that it seems to be easier to pick up, but is too tiny to actually do and thus is even more slippery. Anyway, what solved that problem for me was putting the cardboard token on a stand. Now everything is fine. With the acryllic I don't yet know whether you can do such things.
