There’s no better feeling than setting up a new piece of equipment. Fresh paint, new switches and gizmos and so many possibilities ahead. And it’s all because of the fruits of your labours! You must be chuffed to bits! 👍🏼

Wow is that a nice machine!! Congrat's on getting the new toy! Nice to see the diesel power. Some tips from a 40yr + diesel mechanic, be really picky on taking care of your fuel supply and make sure you don't have any water in it. Change the fuel & air filters regularly and this machine will last a long time. I'm looking forward to seeing it in action!!

You are going to really apreciate the debarker. I think you should put a rv roof vent with a fan in your roof to suck out the desiel exhaust. You should not breath that.... Good luck with that beautiful piece of equpment. I hope it gives you years of good service and is profitable.

Might as well go ahead and take that board return off now, it just gets in the way. You only get like 11 inches above the blade with it, but once removed you get about 13.5 inches. Interesting to see the changes since my 2017 model, the white buttons on the control panel look slick

@@OutoftheWoods0623 Hey if it works it works, I just found very few times it came in handy, but the extra throat has been much more valuable to me. I guess you're pretty much stationary anyway, so you could setup off bearing tables and whatnot to take advantage of it, I don't really ever get to that point.

I’ve been on KZbin too long. Watching that video I was thinking about how useful that extra length and breadth of the bed would be and how that powered blade tensioner would mean you won’t have to keep adjusting it manually, whether your Live Edge sales would drop off if you use the Debarker, and other things relating to your new contraption. Congrats on your new purchase, noe please may we see it in action?
