I really like watching videos like this one. It's also a reminder nothing stays the same, people die and life goes on. We are here for a brief time, we don't realize until it's too late just how brief it is. We all have roles to play on the stage of life including "staff".

What a sprawling beautiful home this is !! Beautiful both inside and out. I’ve heard of th Kennedy Florida vacation home. I never realized how big it was . Really like the layout . The grounds are so pretty. They really had a lot of money and luxury around them. Beautiful indeed☺️👌

Yes, I think I'll take it, TY! I'm from a large Catholic family (10 children) and we had a home in Memphis, TN that our mother found with 5-BR, 4Ba, pool, cabanas, tennis courts, Brick BBQ pit, koi fish ponds, doll house on a large property. This, altho much much more grand, reminds me of that home. Mother fell for it and knew it was perfect for my 6 brothers, my 3 sisters, her and daddy. It was Awesome! TY + God Bless you, Mother! 😚💞😇💞

Love that area. Years ago I took the train in from NJ & went to visit my cousins in Yonkers. Took the train to Bronxville & jumped in a cab. I could not believe the houses the guys in the cab with me got out to. It literally was a neighborhood of mansions. One nicer than the next. ❤

At about 1:35 it appears that Jackie is smoking a cigarette. Or at least getting ready to light up. I saw the picture and thought how could that be? She didn't smoke....or did she?! A quick Google search reveals that she had a serious smoking habit for quite some time. Who knew? Anyway, I'll take the Winter Whitehouse over the one at 1600 Penn. Ave. any day! Hey Cultured Elegance, how about a vid on the Getty's? I just read a great book on the family. "Growing up Getty". They're a fascinating family.

Jackie was almost a chain smoker. She hid it most of the time. She smoked through out her pregnancies. She had miscarriages. A stillbirth and premature births. I don’t think smoking was known to be dangerous yet for pregnant women

Jackie was a chain smoker. But no one was allowed to show her smoking or even handling a cigarette. Back then the press cooperated. It is rare to find a picture that she’s holding a cigarette that was released to the public. She was an elegant lady and we were a better nation when she was our first lady. We owe her got it thanks for making us realize our hysterical past and saving it before it’s been too late. Hard to believe she’s gone.

I often wondered if it contributed to her lymphoma and early death. Jackie was a 3 pack per day smoker for 40 years, preferring Salems, and only quit upon the request of Caroline when she was diagnosed with Hodgkins in early 1994. The press was not permitted to take photos of her with a cigarette and in those days they complied by and large so photos are quite rare.

Actually, she is Paul “Red” Fay’s wife, Anita. Red was Under Secretary of the Navy at the time. Red and JFK had been good friends since their Navy days in WWll. The Kennedy family and Fay family were very close.

Everybody knows that. Check any millionaire, though, and you'll find their money has a dark history. The Bush family provided supplies to Nazis despite it being illegal. The state department had to tell them repeatedly to stop. They didn't stop until 1943. Check out how many people were killed by Carnegie or Gould when they sent cops in to break up workers strikes.

Love the picture of Jackie smoking!!! She tried so hard to never let herself be photographed smoking. If they weren’t miscarried, shot, dead from accidents, there was cancer.
