Jenn! I had the same problem with yoga not being "active" enough especially when pairing it with running and strength training. I definitely recommend "power vinyasa" (not sure if my terminology is correct) OR 15 mins vinyasa + 30 min high intensity interval training + 15 vinyasa cool down, but it definitely brings a little bit more edge to yoga.
