A coaster bike to an e-bike

Is it possible to transform a regular single-speed coaster bike to an e-bike?

Interesting. I really like your independent spirit. I can afford whatever bike I want, but Im a cheapskate and love doing things myself. So I am converting my Electra cruiser with either a mid motor or hub motor. Thanks for your inspiration!
