i would want mine done with a bit more attention thab that im no decorator or anything like that but would think it would need more attention than that but i DO ENJOY YOUR VIDREOS

@daftdavesdays I was more concerned about slipping off that sloping roof than the painting. Lol But you are right, I could have done a better job, but it's a load better than it was, I can always go back and work it again. There are so many jobs to be done here.

You're quite an athletic old bugger for 59 Andy. Good job. It's amazing what you've already done to your new property in 4 weeks. How long do roof tiles last?, i notice in Penhill all the council houses are getting completely re-fitted with new roof tiles, seems a bit of a waste of a lot of money and effort to me, I think they're good for another 50 years or more.

@bonnie43uk Hi, Tom. I'm not sure how long they'll stay, until they break I guess? Everything has a working life I guess, so I'm not sure tbh.

@@MadDogsandEnglishman True Andy, but i see lots of very old buildings as I'm driving around, over 100 years old and more, with their original roof tiles on. I wish the council would concentrate on fixing the state of some of the roads in Swindon and elsewhere.. my own personal gripe 🙂
