The first game is a perfect example of what happens when you run around like headless chickens and don't work as a team. It is possible that there are a lot of new players which is good to see coming into the game but with matchmaking completely messed up at the moment it makes it very frustrating to play. I would love to know how many games Baradul has to play to actually get one worth putting up for his daily dose? The second game Baradul broke the cardinal rule, don't leave mechs unfinished. He switched from the nearly dead Warhammer to the Jager. Don't do that and you will hear Bara call this out in many of his video's. Never assume someone else will finish the mech. He eventually went around the corner and killed the mech but that mech could have killed a team-mate in the meantime. Never leave a killable mech alive :D Thanks for the daily dose Bara ;D

I played the table top with miniatures for years and since finding this channel have been running through the various tutorials and practice areas in MWO repeatedly to familiarize myself with things before playing. I'd like to see Bara do a current video going over the best mech choices by weight class and best weapon systems for new players. I know there are other videos out there but they tend to be years old and it looks like things have changed over time so something current would be great.

I've got a disturbing amount of time in this game, my 2 cents is your starting mech should be a tanky medium or a fast heavy, you need enough mobility to explore a little while staying with the team. I'd also stay away from lrms, streaks or atms till you know the maps well. Also, don't use ppc's or gauss the cooldowns really punish positional mistakes. If I had to recommend a started mech with all your noob money that rains down, a clan Omni mech will let you explore a ton of play styles cheaply. Ebon Jaguar is a good starter IMO and an arctic wolf gives you lots of options for ecm jump jets and load-outs.

I feel like for a real life emergency, you can leave the game - it's just a game. I'd worry less about my KDR and more about disrespecting 23 people for 10 minutes. Edit: No need to go hide in a corner and shut down for an emergency. You can just leave and then try to come back to your machine. No need to screw 23 people. I think he's just that kind of person.

I have a challenge for you, make a decent Firestarter. That mech is a classic and has not really been good for a while but it would just be interesting to see. Or go through the Solaris 7 pack and do games with all of them, the Street cleaner Urbie or Dao Rifleman or the Banshee.

FS9-A is the only non-hero Firestarter that's any good. Purely because it mounts the most energy hardpoints at 8. The only thing you can really do with it is an XL295 speedy backstabber

Not a lot of daily does of Stealth builds and I know you hate it but would be nice to see a magnification zoom build. Nice to see something new if you can bring yourself to do. See a great player try something there not good at. Make us mortals feel better about are self.

Try this build pls - BSX p2 with lb20 and 4 mpl !!! Tiny little tank because it only works with a std engine, great profile for the firepower. Love all you put out!

Nah Hellbringer is still the king on the Clan's side. You can basically run this build, except with ER-ML instead of MPL, plus you have ECM and move at 81kph.

That first game was a decent representation of how today's pilots have no idea what they're doing or where they're going. The game is infuriating to play with the current player base.

When the game is the same Team Deathmatch gameplay for as many years as MWO has been. Think yourself lucky there is new players. It would die a quick death without them.

That loss of lpls in 1st game That's why I prefer to spread my main weapons, like u loose side torso, and u still have at least half of ur firepower or the abilitys that thous weapons giving you (range, pinpoint etc) But one sided still good tho cause u might loose "right" torso first

I thought of that too, but then I figured out he would lose 2 heatsinks if he spread out the critical slots. That's just the way he can get enough heatsinks.

Just bad luck in that match, better convergence if you keep the weapons close together, also keep in mind if you twist you splash damage and if you lose a side torso without weapons you can show that the enemy to half or even quarter damage to the Center

30 DHS? Jesus that's as overcooled as a Hellstar, aka "Tape down all three ERPPC triggers and still eat icecream in the cockpit" (Though CDHS are nerfed in this game so not as efficient.)

the problem with this build is the med er's they are the worst laser in the game with 1 heat per damage. i have this mech and i run 2 lrg and 5 med pulse lasers with an xl 350, a tc mk2, 25 heat sink's, max armor. i believe it is a much better build and runs nice and cool.
