Been doing the cold plunge with it sitting around 20 degrees outside. Definitely takes some more mental resilience, wearing a beanie definitely makes a difference

Hey DMJ, any chance you'll do a chiller round up video? I'm in the market for a chiller and it's quite difficult to filter out the crap ones deemed to fail from the good ones...

Wow, this video is so informative! I had no idea that cold plunging could have so many benefits. I'm definitely going to try it out!

You should do a chiller round up video and talk about which you think is the best option. Probably the one person that has had experience with most of the brands we're all looking at!

Lol winter looks very different in Canada. Almost couldn't break through the top layer of ice thus morning, with an axe. Usually I do 3 min in 5 degree Celsius water... Lately it's been 0.3 and I can only handle 40 sec... I don't have enough insulation on my body.

Been getting in at -.55C (31°F) for five minutes. -Started wearing neoprene socks and gloves at temperatures below 36°F. Good stuff.

Been plunging for a few months and worked down to mid-40’s so far. Can anyone tell me at what point plunging could be dangerous? I’m mostly curious about frostbite and how people can resist that at extreme temperatures. Is there a temp we don’t go below? I don’t want to lose my finger tips. Or anything else…

Your content is absolutely top-notch, but I noticed your thumbnails could use a little boost to grab more attention. I specialize in creating eye-catching thumbnails that increase views-can we chat about it?
