Impressive play 🤣 France completely collapsed and conceded 33 points in the second half, from a really strong winning position at home. Their forward were literally non existent and conceded a penalty try to make matters worse

I have watched every U20 England game for about 4 years and it’s been wonderful, much like watching my son playing during his Colts days. It’s open, not overly physical and simply a joy to watch, especially without the same level of intrusion by the refs we see in the senior game. Well done England and well done to every player for their efforts 👍

We have some world-class school and under-20s rugby in SA, but this was outstanding. The last time I saw an English side play like this, they wiped the floor with the ABs in the 2019 World Cup semi final. If the core of this team can progress to seniors side, England will be a formidable foe come 2027.

History says a couple of them will have premiership careers and possibly 1 will earn a full cap. The reality is, most of them are on dual registration loan at Championship and National 1 clubs and that's where they will end up. Breaking into premiership squads, especially with the reduced salary cap and resultant reduced squad size, is so difficult. If I was guessing, the big second row from Paris and the tight head playing loose head at Sale are the 2 with the best chance.

Great highlights. I haven't seen action like this for a long time, skill, speed, risk taking, acrobatics. Brilliant performance by both teams, and well won England. Only downside was that awful muzak in the background. I couldn't have sat through that.

Look at those three French tries in first half; scored with supporting runners in attendance. England’s were mostly forward play and individual effort. For some reason we don’t seem to coach the importance of support runners. Look at the sheer number of AB games you’ll watch and see support on either shoulder waiting for the scoring pass.

Their attitude was poor all game, the 15 sticking his tongue out to the covering player when scoring the first try summed it up. In the end it was probably that which was their undoing, whereas England stayed humble and fought till the end.
