Yup. They're basically a failed FEV experiment while trying to make Super Mutants. The creature between the Deathclaw and the Centaur is called a Fog Crawler, they're found in the Far Harbor (or as we like to call it, Fah Habah, putting a thick Bostonian accent on it) DLC of Fallout 4. They can get even bigger than deathclaws, and their exoskeleton provides significant protection. Fortunately, they're rather rare.

Most of these things have already been told to you, but might as well boost engagement with a full description of everything I know: Judging by the blue tie and darker fedora (as opposed to a red tie and yellow fedora), that man with the trenchcoat at the beginning is more likely to be pre-Synth pre-War Nick Valentine, the Fallout 4 Synth detective in Diamond City. "I Don't Want to Set the World on Fire" and "Big Iron," two classic songs from Fallouts 3 and New Vegas respectively. Vault 92, a Fallout 3 vault situated between Oasis and the Republic of Dave, housed many musicians. The experiment had something to do with constant white noise driving the dwellers mad. The creatures dancing, from left to right: Deathclaw; Fog Crawler, a giant mutated shrimp found in Fallout 4's DLC Far Harbor; Centaur, an FEV amalgamation of whatever was dunked into the pits, present in all the mainline games up 'til Fallout 4; a Ghoul, taking more inspiration from the first two Fallouts (the green skin versus the later pinker skin); and a Glowing Radroach doing the Spinning/Dancing cockroach dance. The lineup of characters, from left to right: I think that's just generic Fallout 3 Super Mutant gear?; Piper Wright, the journalist from Fallout 4 in Diamond City; Professor Chalk rocking that T51 power armor; we have someone inhabiting an entire Protectron, appearing in Fallout 3 onwards; and then Preston Garvey, one of the last remnants of the Fallout 4's Minutemen. Finally, Professor Chalk coming out of the Looney Tunes's background with the checkered suit singing about how the open world "game" was "rigged from the start," mirroring the beginning cutscene with Benny from Fallout: New Vegas. I know there's not THAT much more in the full version of the song, but I do wish you analyzed that! Problem is it wouldn't have any charming animation with those extra jokes outside of the lyrics. The song doesn't feel complete without that OBLIVION WITH GUNS line.

Second part is the outfits; to the far left is a Super Mutant (classmate; Nat, voiced by PiNKII), to their right is Piper Wright, the reporter from Fallout 4, in the middle lies Professor Chalk himself in his Brotherhood Best, second from the right is a Protectron, and to the far right, in their dapper best, is of course, the Mysterious Stranger, Classmate; Theo, played the one and only best enby; Stupes..

i think the whole 2nd half of the song was also aligned with "Doomer" mentality younger people who have given up with how broken the societal systems are. and are just watching the idiots run everything into the ground at record speed. waiting for something to buckle under everything. example: housing prices, if the prices don't become reasonable. there will be a point where the metaphorical scales tips. where they will be forced to lower the prices, or just abandon the buildings. vacant houses become free, because their owners will be so far in the hole. they won't have the time or money to kick everyone out. especial if the homeless population keeps growing if the system that helps people isn't working. then it also can't keep people in line... now i know this all sounds like anarchy. but Doomers don't think it will devolve into complete Anarchy. instead turn into targeted or controlled Anarchy. people picking and choosing when to be civil or spiteful.

i have always been curious with how people refer to the brotherhood of steel as a religious group, my firdt contact with fallout was fallout 3 then fallout nv so i dont get it, BoS being religious i could see if you have only played fallout 4 and seen the show, but no, i wouls say they are mostly non religious as an organization, though, i guess they almost worship old world tech, though i would say its more like an artisan seeing a very good quality and expensive tool and drooling over it, they are really ideological, though, but mostly because they have strict fundational rules, overall i think its mostly because of the series, (i have seen very few episodes) but from what i hace seem they do look like a religious group, even though i would say that in most fallout lore they are not religious.

The guy in the trenchcoat at the start is more likely the 'Real' Nick Valentine, since the Vault-Tec Representive had a Yellow hat/trenchcoat combo, Nick Valentine was the grey/brown combo. The second creature in the dancing lineup is a Fogcrawler, from Fallout 4's Far Harbor and 76. And the final lineup are all dressed up in Fallout 4, in a way, a Super Mutant (albeit wearing more than Supermutants wear), Piper's outfit, then Chalk, then a Protectron and then the Minutemen/Preston Garvey gear. Yeah, it was a Tesla Roadster that got launched as a kind of a publicity stunt for a SpaceX launch test. The test was legit, and they needed weight for the test, so why not a Tesla? I think you're getting Corvette from the "Heavy Metal" opening. Which admittedly that scene seems to be referencing.
