Anna minoxidil is only increasing blood flow in hair So rather than applying minoxidil shall I go for yogasaam(sirasa anam) thala kela nikurathu. It's a good option ah anna?

Bro it doesnt work like that, Minoxidil once absorbed into the skin it has a half life of 22 hours(it increases the blood flow for 22hours), the maximum duration you can hold the sirasasana may be for 10 mins, technically both may increase blood flow to the scalp but not remotely close in terms of duration of the effect.

I had had hair fall from 2017 to 2023 . Many treatment done like onion oil and flaxseed gel. No difference. And also not used shampoo when using flaxseed gel for one year but shampoo 3 month once. No change . Then I take an karunjeeragam omam vendhayam on a ratio at night. It stop hair fall in two days and my friend also than this he also good results but after a week. I had a gastric problem before it also solved by this.. now no hair fall for more than 8 months. but one problem hair growth is slow . .. still taking that powder with taking Amla powder daily morning to cool body ... My hair fall problem is due to stress, body heat, stomach problem, now no hair fall

@@rasulvirat I saw in Tamil KZbin videos and used it 3 ingredients mix . Karanjiragam is main it's also heat. Omam is slit cold product and mainly helps to reduce heat and stomach problems. Vendayam is used to reduce heat in body and gives good blood circulation....

Tip:- I took carrot juice and beet root juice 3 days in a week , pumpkin seed 1 spoon and Finasride every alternate day and exercise daily from an hour, my hair density became 3times thicker. Just wanted to share this so that it would help other . And exercise will really play a important role .

Use finastride 1mg for 2 years continuously and then reduce to 0.25mg every 2 days. This would provide great results. Mine crown area baldness has reduced almost 60% after 1 year of usage. Initially more hair will be lost during taking the medicine as it sheds the unhealthy hair. The result can be seen only after 6 months of continuous medication. Except finastride nothing works out.

After doing lots of papers and research ira evident that finastride is the only best solution for male type hair loss. So now I am using it without doctors recommendation. These doctors asking me to go for GFC and biotin tablets now which benefits their pockets and not effective for me.
