The unification of some items helped a little in regaining storage slots, but it arguably came with a greater gameplay cost in the in-game market with those new and replaced resources now being more abundant and less worthwhile farming. 😑

@@TeddyTwighlite they could make the value pack more expensive on silver on CM so the whales , PA and F2P players can benefit and when it comes PVP i hope they make it right if they are focusing on it cause as of the moment they're scratching dem heads on what's happening

I was so excited when i first started playing this game. So much stuff. Bartering, trading i loved it. But when i realized i need my pc on 24/7 to do what i like to do, and all the stupid monthly costs, the fucking terrible balancing, cant make shit with life skill and when u say something about it 80% of the community just says go mindless grinding for a few hours. Its such a waste.. i played like a year, love my main character and it felt like an adventure until it became a chore.

Called it like it is and completely agree. Although I don’t think a lot of comments are able to pick up the serious parts vs the sarcastic ones lol. It really takes a veteran players perspective to get what you’re saying.

I'll take honesty over sponsored garbage all day. Instead of tip toeing around the game being in a terrible state, you just say what is really happening. 10/10 review. The sad thing is any of your points can be fixed with a patch or two but we all know PA and they will never fix anything unless it benefits them financially. A prime example of this is the crystal restore coupon. Also they recently figured it out that if they release a low quality garbage outfit for all classes, it would sell more than a quality outfit for a single class. That's why they've been constantly releasing low quality casual outfits. I can write down paragraph after paragraph on fundamental flaws and how to fix them but I've already done it on forums countless times but I kinda lost my faith on the dev team. It's just all downhill at this point. As for me, BDO is neither my first game nor my first Korean MMO, I have been playing them since 2006 and let me tell you if a company starts re-releasing the same mobs as endgame enemies, it is a massive red flag for the future of that game. From the lack of development and cheap cash grab attempts we can tell that, BDO is not in a good state right now. I hope PA wakes up and starts improving the game.

So very true.. they could fix a lot if they just stopped one year and listen to whenever they playerbase complain instead of leaving it be until they are forced too. Its not my first or last Korean mmo it's just after seeing archeage, mu online, blade and soul, ect not listen until it was too late or not listen I'd rather not see another game I like trashed because they need more funding for delays.

The game is not perfect but its better then before, all i heard from this video is complaining the life skill is not equal to pve farming, you know this is a Korean mob grinding game right, life skill is not the main money making method. play the game if you want, stop making it a competition between pve- pvp and life skilling. You did so many good life skilling tutorials and and still do them but man it hurt to see how much you suffer from not being able to say life skilling is the best, its a option if you don't want to grind and that is it. And you know how much money you need to invest into life skilling in order to work the fencing for farming , storage, lodging, costume etc.

This video is on point sadly but that being said, throne and liberty is already failing hard in korea. i doubt it will be that good, and from what i know its also lackluster in lifeskilling and pax dei is more of a surival game than a mmorpg i think for some decent lifeskilling Ashes of creation will be our potential savior

Yeah I heard about Throne moving towards mobile now that the lead dude left and was replaced with the one wanting a Mobile Lineage 2. I'd still take Pax Dei IF its fun enough and I can make the gathering or crafting work for me but eh Ive been waiting for Ashes since it was announced 5 years ago now... much like Crimson Desert back in 2018...19...23....and again 24. Its like duke nukem forever and we all seen how THAT turned out when it finally dropped lolol haaard

You might think u get more rewards as a new player but it's not true . Let's assume u don't play for 2 months ... in 2 months there can be alot of events and free stuff given , codes , for example they gave alot of crons and free stuff for they 8th anny. It might seem to give alot of stuff and better stuff for somone that comes back compare to the loyal free stuff they give monthly but if youre not active u lose alot. With that been said the game is P2W as fk u are right !

Ive played since 2016. First time i took a break was 2019. Then i cam back and played for a year, and quit again. This has happened several times now, and each time i play for shorter and shorter stretches. I just came back again and played for a week. I will probably let this game go now for good, it is not the same anymore. It stood out with its fun open world pvp engagements, now they do not exist anymore. Also the world feels empty, and in 8 years the devs have not managed to release any meaningful multiplayer content worth doing

after spend 2k usd only for get pen BS with crons : JUST GRIND/LIFE FOR MAKE MONEY AND BUY ALL, i cant hit pen in all my time ingame 5k hours, only have pen from jettina, my 1st boss gear pen was a giath by pitty 35fail in a row, my bs 37/40 - 15/20 for a yellow accesory, before the new pitty system, i fail 22 times in a row duo bhegs xD IF U WANT PVP JUST JOIN A NODE WAR GUILD AND HAVE FUN IN T1 T2 NODES, capped with tuvala, for PVE use a V kutum and both IV BS wep and awk, make a mushrrom farm for craft nodewar elixirs and make 5 alters for bosses, vell, karanda, garmoth, nouver and kutum to get extra silver and matts.

Imagine calling this game a “PvP” game and an “open world PvP” game. After J and his hordes of “it hurts when I do PvP” PvE bots turned this game into a single player open world PvE game with no PvE content other than running in circles, there is nothing left from this game. You can’t do open world, guild clashes are non existent, the poor guild league that poorly try’s to imitate open world is a joke and the current NW system isn’t even worth playing. The game got no content outside of PvP and sandbox. And the removed both. Game ain’t a sandbox anymore or a PvP anymore. It’s now a “PvE” game with no PvE. *All for the PvE bots*
