Melisma is something I think you missed. I remember learning about it in Purcell's Dido and Aeneas but you can hear it in a lot of Beatles. I love using it in my own music.

Great point! The examples I used were some of my favorites that I’m always think about but there are tons of great text painting examples with melismas and runs! Thanks for watching!
