A similar project that I have been planning is automation of sprint start analysis. There are certain attributes of what makes a great start; reaction time, hill postion, toe position, shin angle to ground, first step time, etc. Would it be possible to create an automation where the program would deliver back the results from a video footage? Assuming the video is shot at a fixed permanent position allowing the necessary calculations.

Yes with that we have to train custom models for it and also include pose detection to track some specific body parts

@@tech_watt fully agree, I thought that the 1. recognition of body parts would be first tasks to cover and than add on top of that the 2. pure calculations of objective criteria speed, angles, etc. 3. translation of calculated metrics into a feedback or visualization. I`m a complete novice in this area, done some basic python for finance. Would that be too much to ask if we connected over Linkedin and if I could just get a main directional suggestions from you?
